This weekend I found my way over to Bristol for some black and white street photography. I started off at Temple meads and ended up with a fifteen mile walk all around Bristol. I met some stunning people on the way and took some fantastic portraits of very interesting people.
First I met Simon and buster on Park street, then met Stan the Pirate by St Nicholas market, Richard Wynne from exchange Stamps in St Nicholas market was happy to pose for a few portraits and had a great chat, then on to David playing his harmonica in Broadmead, and finally Lily a homeless artists hassled by the police in Broadmead – trying to make a few pounds by displaying her art.
Bristol is a stunning and vibrant city full of street photography possibilities and I look forwards to a return trip very soon.
